Hardscaping is now in at Factory Place.

Throughout the common areas, we’ve used a combination of new fired brick that takes on the appearance of old brick with smooth trowelled concrete. The brick was state-of-the-art tested to ensure quality and durability and is handset in sand. Additional hardscaping features include pool tiling made to resemble a Hockney painting and areas of broom finished concrete.
