Hardscaping is now in at Factory Place.

Throughout the common areas, we’ve used a combination of new fired brick that takes on the appearance of old brick with smooth trowelled concrete. The brick was state-of-the-art tested to ensure quality and durability and is handset in sand. Additional hardscaping features include pool tiling made to resemble a Hockney painting and areas of broom finished concrete.

We've just received our imported artisan pots from Tuscany, Italy for the landscaping of the campus.

The pots are made from Gaelstro clay from the hills of Sienna, and will enhance the courtyards, central promenade and grand entrance.

Six olive trees in oversized pots will be placed along the brick pedestrian entrance while lemon and orange trees will surround the pool.

Factory Place Arts Complex is best experienced in person... however, we're not yet open for leasing. But our Grand Opening is coming soon!

This site is being developed as you read this post. You'll get a chance to see things developing and we'll make another post as we get the content and interface designs completed.

What I can tell you is that these lofts are really cool, and have a great feel and layout particulalry for live/work. All have interesting architectural features, great light and layouts that provide private living areas with more public workspaces.
